Customers are advised to ensure their vehicles are suitable for carrying the purchased items and to secure their load properly. The Flooring District is not responsible for any damage to personal belongings and vehicles resulting from the loading, transportation, or unloading of products once they leave our premises. All responsibility and liability for any damage incurred after leaving the store rests with the vehicle owner.”

PRODUCT NAMING and Cross-Reference
The same product may be marketed under different names for marketing, distribution purposes, trademarks, or private labeling.
LIABILITY AFTER PICK UP
We are not responsible for any damage to products that occurred after they have left our store premises.
DELIVERY
If The Flooring District provides the delivery service, report any damage or shortages immediately upon receiving the product. Inspect all products thoroughly before receiving the products, as use constitutes acceptance.
SHADE VARIATIONS
Shades may vary between different manufacturing lots. To ensure consistency, purchase all required material at the same time. We are not responsible for shade variations from one lot to another. Verify that tiles and shades are consistent within the batch before installation.
MARBLE AND STONE are natural products, and minor imperfections such as chips and broken corners are inherent characteristics. Each piece have unique variations. We are not responsible for these inherent variations or imperfections.
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
not returns or exchanges after ordering special-order items. Transit time of arrival depends on manufacture, We cannot guarantee arrival timing.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the purchase date. A 25% restocking fee plus freight charges will apply to all authorized returns. Returns are subject to the availability of the product, lots, and must be in perfect condition. No further notification will be provided.
CONDITION OF RETURNS
Returned of authorized merchandise must be unused and have original packaging intact. We are not responsible for return fees or any issues in transit. Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
LIABILITY AFTER INSTALLATION
We are not responsible for any product defects, property damage, additional deliveries, or lost labor costs due to installation. We will not accept any claims for replacement, repair, or reimbursement once the tiles have been installed. Once a product is installed, it cannot be returned. Installed flooring is considered the property (Ownership) of the owner/installer and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.
Acceptance, Inspection, and Limitation of Liability
1. Inspection and Acceptance:
Buyer must inspect all goods upon delivery and prior to installation. Installation, alteration, or use of the materials constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the goods as received, and waives any claim for visible or discoverable defects.
2. Warranty and Remedy:
Seller warrants only that the goods supplied are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. In the event of a valid claim, Seller’s sole and exclusive obligation shall be, at Seller’s option, to replace the defective materials or issue a credit for their original purchase price.
3. Exclusion of Labor and Consequential Costs:
Under no circumstances shall Seller be liable for labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, or any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, profit, or materials.
4. Limitation Period:
All claims must be made in writing within ten (10) days of delivery or before installation, whichever occurs first. Claims made after installation shall not be honored.
5. No Implied Warranties:
Except as expressly stated herein, Seller disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.
ORDERS AND STORAGE
Orders that are partially or fully paid may be stored in our warehouse upon customer request for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are not responsible for the products, and orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
Please be advised that no refunds will be issued if the customer decides not to pick up their order due to a change of mind, personal reasons, or any issue unrelated to our company. Orders that have been paid for but are not picked up within 30 days will be subject to additional storage fees. If the order is not collected within 60 days, The Flooring District reserves the right to cancel the order without a refund, and the products may be restocked or disposed of at our discretion. Customers are responsible for ensuring the timely pickup of their orders.
STORE CREDIT
Valid for use within three months from the date of the credit memo.
DEFAULT CLAUSURE
If you default on this agreement and initiate legal action against us, you will be responsible for all attorney’s fees and costs incurred. Additionally, should the case be prolonged, you will incur further costs for which we will seek additional compensation.
